The screened in porch off the living room has scenic views of the Gulf where you can sit back, relax and watch the dolphins swim by.
This main living level is nicely furnished with a sofa sleeper, TVwith cable, VCR, stereo system (tapes & CD player), fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, stove, and washer & dryer. On those occasional rainy days, there are plenty of books, games & puzzles for fun indoor activity. The master bedroom (with queen size bed) overlooking the Gulf has its own bathroom, clock/radio CD player, TV with cable, double closet and a spacious, open deck for sunning. Looking out from the deck you see miles and miles of the gorgeous Gulf and white sand beach. The guest room, overlooking the Bay, also has a queen size bed, TV with cable. large closet and a balcony to enjoy the views of the bay. The third interior bedroom has a bunkbed (full size mattress below & twin size mattress above) which makes a perfect extra bedroom for children. The second bathroom is in between the guest room & interior bedroom. Enjoy sunrise from the bayside bedroom, and sunset from both the living room and master bedroom.
